Why isn’t my team taking ownership?

Maybe it’s not them.

Maybe it’s the way you fill every silence.
Answer every question.
Explain until there’s nothing left for them to figure out.

Say less.

Let them wrestle with it.
Let them make sense of it.

Ownership doesn’t grow in clarity you give.
It grows in clarity they find.

It grows in the space you’re afraid to leave empty.

Keep lighting the path!
