Some people are so good at public speaking that it feels
Speaker:out of reach to achieve the same.
Speaker:Their confidence, their eloquence, their whole appearance, everything
Speaker:feels so elaborate that they appear to be from a different breed.
Speaker:Perhaps they're natural born talents or something.
Speaker:They are not, of course.
Speaker:Almost any great speaker is great at what they do because they've
Speaker:done it so many times before.
Speaker:They became good at speaking.
Speaker:Through speaking.
Speaker:Their first speech wasn't their best speech.
Speaker:Their first response to an audience remark wasn't the most quick-witted remark.
Speaker:And it's hard to believe that their first appearance was on a big stage.
Speaker:They started somewhere.
Speaker:Let's say in a meeting or at a company event.
Speaker:Or they recorded a video that no one watched.
Speaker:But most of all, they started.
Speaker:And kept at it.
Speaker:And recorded a second one.
Speaker:And a third.
Speaker:When they were at a hundred, they were getting good.
Speaker:It's not about whether you have it within you, which I think
Speaker:you have, it's about starting.
Speaker:And that's always within reach.
