everything is just always presented in the same monotonous style.

this is apparently just the way it is.

And given the committee decision-making process that's the default in many

larger corporations, there seems to be nothing you can do about it.

When everything has to be approved by a number of departments and

hierarchical levels, every divergence is quickly ironed out again.

I mean, what if someone from upper management doesn't like it, right?

It seems to be just the way it is.

Because I think you could just be a bit more courageous.

Be brave and just break out of that pattern.

If it's just plain information, then, sure, deliver it as

But if it's something exciting, whether a reason to be afraid or a reason

to celebrate, if it's something exciting, then make it exciting.
