Speaker:Quite likely, the best way to maximize the profit is to build a product
Speaker:that is great for your customers.
Speaker:But ultimately, that's not what these businesses care about.
Speaker:They don't care for people.
Speaker:They care for profits.
Speaker:For them, customer satisfaction is a means to drive profits.
Speaker:When your goal is to make a great product, you will likely optimize your
Speaker:product to solve a specific problem or to serve a need of your customers.
Speaker:Quite likely, the best way to solve this problem or to serve that need,
Speaker:is going to appeal to your customers, thus leading you to make a profit.
Speaker:But ultimately, that's not what these businesses care about.
Speaker:They don't care for profits.
Speaker:They care for people.
Speaker:For them, profit is a means to drive customer satisfaction.
So, that's your choice:for you, is customer satisfaction
